Alan Curry

Mr Curry spent 32 years with Northumbria Police rising to the rank of chief superintendent. During his time with the force he oversaw a number of major projects including the introduction of a national radio system, and worked closely with local authority and community groups at various levels. As a senior police officer in Gateshead Mr Curry was the police lead on Gateshead’s drug and alcohol harm reduction strategy.
