The Sunday Times 100 Best Small Companies To Work For 2005
Top 100 - 2005 has been a year of celebration and achievement for Norcare Ltd a North East based charity.
Norcare is currently celebrating 20 years of success in working with a range of client groups who are socially and economically excluded, providing supported housing and services to individuals from client groups such as; young and homeless people, people with enduring mental ill health issues, ex-offenders, people with substance misuse issues and women and families fleeing violence.
As the 20th anniversary year draws to an end Norcare are delighted to have been recognised as a Sunday Times 'Top 100' best small company to work for. With more than thirteen thousand entries for the competition, Norcare not only made the top 100 list at its first time of trying, but came 33rd amongst this prestigious group. To cap off a fantastic year Norcare is holding a Book Launch this Thursday, 17th March, in the Biscuit Factory. The book is an anthology of some truly moving stories and poems contributed by Norcare clients.
