Norcare Gains Almost Perfect IIP Score
Norcare underwent their annual Investors in People review in September and gained an extremely good result.
Not only was their IIP status renewed but they had no areas, on which they needed to improve,
Investors in People was established in 1990 and helps organisations to improve performance through the management and development of its staff.
The investors standard which Norcare has achieved covers several themes including Learning and Development Strategy, Management Effectiveness and Continuous Improvement. To be told that they could not build on these areas is a great coup for Norcare's management and further underlines their people driven business strategy
