Good start to 2011!

Well, it’s been a busy start to the year here at Norcare! We’ve officially launched the Norcare ACE programme (our Active Client Employment programme) which is providing a fantastic opportunity for a Norcare client to undergo training as a housing and support officer. After a rigorous training programme during which time candidates will shadow Norcare staff, there will be the chance to apply for posts as fully fledged housing and support officers.
January has also marked the launch of our new leadership management programme which is helping develop managers across the organisation. On top of all of these projects we have had some outstanding media coverage for The Norcare Veterans’ Centre both on national TV and in the newspapers.
All in all a great start to 2011!
